How do I book an event?
The first step is to go to our website and and fill out the inquiry form. We will respond to you within 24 hours with availability and cost. Once you confirm details we will email a contract for you to sign and will require a 25% deposit of the food and beverage minimum. You will pay remaining balance at the event with either cash, check or credit card.

What is the menu for Redwood Truck?

Do you require a minimum order for private events?
Yes, our food and beverage minimum is $1,700 plus a 20% service charge and applicable tax.

What are the spacing requirements for the truck?
The truck requires 25 feet of parking space, with a 14 feet overhead clearance and a driveway width of at least 10 feet. Due to the weight of the Redwood Truck we require a firm and level surface for parking.  

How much is the Service Charge?
Our 20% service fee includes event management and organization, disposable plates, napkins, cups and utensils. The charge will be applied, prior to tax and based on the food & beverage minimum or the total cost of food and beverages - whichever is greater.

How long will the Redwood Truck be at my event?
The basic event entitles you to two hours of service. Additional service time will be charged $80 per 30 minutes.

How long is a quote good for?
We guarantee the contract price for 60 days.  

What is your cancellation policy?
If your event is canceled 14 days or more prior to the event date, the full deposit amount will be refunded. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event date, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded and 7 days or less prior to the event date, the full deposit amount will be retained.

Do I need a permit for my event catering?
On private property you do not need a permit. For an event on public property, you are responsible for obtaining all required and necessary permits. If the location cannot be accessed safely and appropriately by the truck we reserve the right to relocate the truck at the site.

Do the truck require any on-site power or water?
No the truck is self-sufficient. However, we are required to have a close and accessible restroom.  

Do you provide beer and wine & cocktails?
Only for private events, please inquire about the cost and details.

What does the Redwood Truck provide for the event other than food?
Other than warm and friendly service we provide disposable service ware including: utensils, plates, napkins and cups. We do not provide tables, chairs or seating.  

Do we need to have our own trash cans?
Yes, we does not provide trash cans for private events.

How far in advance do you need to book?
The longer the lead time the better. We cannot guarantee a date until the contract is signed and the date is confirmed available.

 What form of payments do you accept for private events?
We accepts cash, major credit cards & checks payable to: Redwood Grill.
