Join us for an unforgettable evening as Stefania Balducci takes us on a culinary tour of Umbria showcasing the pure taste of fresh ingredients. She believes that every time you prepare a meal for people, you give a part of yourself to them. Fresh ingredients, simple techniques, seasonality, and the importance of wasting nothing are the foundations of her cooking. The four course dinner will also be paired with unique Italian wines with Sommelier, Ken Knox.
Born and raised in the hill town of Assisi, Umbria, in central Italy, Stefania's passion for cooking is rooted in growing up with her grandparents in the countryside and her love of bringing the Italian tradition of cooking together with family in the home.
